My visit to the dealership was a fantastic experience. Sue Choi was very friendly and related well to what I was looking for. She also showed great interest in things I enjoyed beyond just looking for a car which was very good to make the visit easy going. Sue also showed excellent knowledge of the Passat I purchased fully covered every detail and option in the car. The test drive was a very good experience to get a feel for the handling of the car. Everyone at the dealership was very pleasant as well and worked well as a team to help Sue and I worked out a deal on the new Passat. The service center looked very professional and everyone was very pleasant as well and I look forward to bringing the car in for the 1st checkup. Overall, this was by far the best experience I had in getting a new car and I am very pleased with the dealership as a well as Sue Choi! more

I must say that I was very pleased with the service and care I got. I didn't feel like anyone was trying to sell me service I didn't need, and that type of honesty really contributes to developing loyal customers. I will definitely be bringing my Jetta back in the future! more

Mel was such a pleasure to work with. He greeted us right away when we arrived and did not try to pressure us at all. He was more than willing to take whatever car we asked about for a test drive. During the drive he was knowledgeable on all the features and ratings and answered all our questions. When I asked to return the next day, he did not hesitate or hand me off to someone else, even though, it was his day off. He took all the time I needed to be comfortable with the car and the deal. He even set up the phone sync for me! My husband and I have been looking at different brands of cars and this was the first dealership we visited that the sales rep was relaxed and seemed to genuinely like the products he was selling. The car is great, but I would never have considered it without Mel's help. Lauren handled all the paperwork for me. She was personable and very good at explaining all the details surrounding the lease. It was nice to have someone go over everything instead of just saying ""sign here and here."" Since I have never leased a car before it was great to have Lauren explain what I can expect. more

I had a wonderful experience buying my second car from Piazza, I would definitely do it again. They were extremely helpful and wonderful to deal with. I am extremely pleased buying my second car and will do so again. Melvin was extremely great to speak with over the phone, in the dealership, JC and Andrea were extremely helpful getting everything together and working with me. Sue, as always, was a joy to work with again, she sold me my Rabbit in 2007 and now my GTI in 2012 and she really takes her time with her customers and is always friendly and fun. more

Melcom was great to work with. He was flexible, accommodating and patient. Melcom shared a wealth of information with me about the car and the Volkswagen lease program, but he was not overly pushy or demanding. Melcom really listened to my requests and worked with the budget and limitations that I had in mind. He was easy to communicate with and served my needs to the best of my ability Melcom is a friendly, honest and knowledgeable dealer and I would highly recommend him and the Piazza Volkswagen dealership. I had a very positive experience! more

I brought my 2012 VW CC in for the 10,000 mile service and a recall yesterday. I had a great experience. Sean was very knowledgeable and courteous. Before doing business with Piazza 2 years ago I couldn't stand going to dealers. It didn't matter if I was going in for service or buying a new car. Now since doing business with Piazza I will never go anywhere else. They get it! That is huge! That is great customer service and is invaluable. That is only one example of many. I brought my 2011 Jetta in for service Feb. 2012 and Sean loaned me a CC to use while my Jetta was in for a few recalls. I bought a CC within the next week and I love it. Thanks Sean, for the great customer service! more
