Shawn was excellent! He was able to help me and explain to me my options between buying and leasing. I went into the dealership with low expectations and left driving a brand new Acura ILX!! Tough to argue with that! more

I needed assistance before coming in to know what tires, bolts and sizes I needed for wheels. George took time to explain to me prior to my appointment what was needed and why and let me know it was all able to be purchased and taken care of through VW at my appointment which was awesome since tire size measurements were starting to make my head spin! more

My salesperson, Matt, went above and beyond my expectations with respect to manner in which I was treated. There was no high pressure and he was exceedingly patient with my total lack of tech ability. I have been totally turned off by high pressure tactics of sales personnel at other dealerships. Obviously, your personnel are trained in customer service and it shows. more

This dealership definitely deserves 5 stars. It was the best dealership yet I have been to. To start, Danit had the car I was interested in parked out front waiting for me as I pulled in. I was greeted and given the keys for my test drive. During the drive she was very knowledgeable about the specific model I was interested in. Not only that but made the drive comfortable and not awkward. We talked about normal things, she didn't try to push the car to me or ask about prices or try to oversell it. We talked numbers and working with the Pre-Owned sales department was very stress free. Overall, I was very pleased with the service, dealership and just the overall atmosphere. It made purchasing a car fun not aggravating or stressful. I love my new car and will be back for future purchases! more

Came into your service department on a stormy Tuesday afternoon around 3:30pm with a dead battery problem. I was not sure if was the battery or another electrical problem. Service took the car in right away, found it was a dead battery, replaced the battery, cleaned inside and gave me a coupon for a car wash since the storm had them closed and got me back on my way in about one hour. more

It is everything overall. They have always been very helpful, courteous and positive. I have been dealing with them since 2001. I have been very happy with the service department. They explain everything clearly. more
