Mel was such a pleasure to work with. He greeted us right away when we arrived and did not try to pressure us at all. He was more than willing to take whatever car we asked about for a test drive. During the drive he was knowledgeable on all the features and ratings and answered all our questions. When I asked to return the next day, he did not hesitate or hand me off to someone else, even though, it was his day off. He took all the time I needed to be comfortable with the car and the deal. He even set up the phone sync for me! My husband and I have been looking at different brands of cars and this was the first dealership we visited that the sales rep was relaxed and seemed to genuinely like the products he was selling. The car is great, but I would never have considered it without Mel's help. Lauren handled all the paperwork for me. She was personable and very good at explaining all the details surrounding the lease. It was nice to have someone go over everything instead of just saying ""sign here and here."" Since I have never leased a car before it was great to have Lauren explain what I can expect.
