Although we live closer to several Mazda dealers, my family and I have purchased 5 cars from Piazza Mazda of West Chester - including 4 from sales consultant Fred Deal and 1 from sales consultant Mike Losardo on referral from Fred. General Manager Pat Oliveto and Finance Manager Joseph Lewis were always very helpful with the transactions. We always ended up with good cars at a good price without haggling or hard sell. SInce these cars were Mazdas, of course we've had very little need for service, but the few times we needed help with minor problems or Mazda-initiated service bulletins, we always received prompt, courteous and efficient service from Paul Curtis' service department!
