Dropped my car off for an oil change and tire rotation. Went to visit a friend at a nearby business and had to cut my visit short because the car was finished so fast. Very quick and friendly. Would recommend using Piazza Mazda for service. more

I've taken my car in to Piazza for the last 4 or 5 scheduled services, and I have always been in and out quickly with no problems. They are always able to answer all my questions and have never tried to charge me for anything I didn't need. more

I called to make an appointment to have my oil and filter changed, along with a tire rotation and a general check up as we are going on a trip. Imagine my surprise when Mike said to bring it in that afternoon and they could take care of everything then. I arrived about 15 minutes early and they took the car right in. In less then an hour I was all done and on my way. I am a very happy customer and will recommend Piazza Mazda!! more

Paul is very friendly, courteous and easy-going. He recommended the right service for my Mazda for my mileage. The service was completed in a prompt time frame, which was much appreciated. Also, I called for an appointment that day and they were able to accommodate me on short notice. more

The dealership did a great job 6/5/2012

The dealership did a great job servicing my vehicle. I came in for the standard 20,000 mile check up. Armed with a book, my cell phone and other work materials to do during my visit, I was prepared to wait a while. Before I had finished my first chapter my car was ready!! more

worth the trip 5/22/2012

I have been using this dealership for at least 6 years. I have bought 2 cars from Piazza, my daughter has bought 2 and my husband has bought 2 cars from Piazza. Piazza is honest, friendly and fair. The sales department works with the customer, listens to the customer's needs and does not want. Their service is excellent. I trust Paul and Bill. I know if they make a recommendation, it is worth it. They go above and beyond to make sure my car is maintained in excellent condition. Even though I now live in Pottstown, PA. I will drive the 50 minutes to have my car maintained at this dealership. It is worth it!! more

Highly Recommend - Fred Deal 5/16/2012

Fred Deal was very patient and helpful. I had come in thinking I was going to get my car fixed and ended up finding out it was ""dead"". Fred helped me weigh the options between fixing my car or purchasing a new one. He didn't pressure me into anything or rush my decision. When I decided on a new car he helped me find the best one for me and my budget. I couldn't decide between two cars and he went through the tribute of letting me try both and coming up with the finances on both as well. more

best mazda dealer 5/8/2012

This was my first service visit for a 3,500 mile check-up. The man who helped me was very thorough and took his time explaining what services would be performed. I was impressed with the way he handled each client. I actually saw him get down on one knee to speak to a seated customer to explain what needed to be done to her car. When she still seemed unclear, he was kind and patient and tried to simplify his explanation. He really seemed to take his time with each person. It made me feel confident in the service I would receive at Piazza Mazda. more

I always have a good experience having my car serviced at Piazza Mazda. Staff is friendly, competent and fast! I usually schedule an appointment and wait for my car. They always take my car in at the scheduled time (or as soon as I arrive) and perform the service quickly and professionally. Their prices are reasonable and competitive. I am very satisfied with the service department. more

I really appreciated being able to get an estimate over the phone. It saved me a day as compared with what I had experienced with another dealership. I also got a quick confirmation that the parts had arrived so that I could schedule an appointment most efficiently. more

Great Service Always 4/30/2012

I brought my 07 Miata for tires, oil change, new wiper blades and a brake inspection. The service team was done in under two hours and the cost was right in line with the estimate Bill provided when I set up the appointment. The Piazza Mazda service team is so good that I drive over two hundred miles (each way) to have them do the work on my car. The service is excellent and I feel that I receive profound value from this service team. I drive a lot and trust my car to the service team at Piazza Mazda. Paul and Bill know me and my car. They are the best! Oh, the the coffee is ok, too. more
