I have told Josh this was my best car buying experience ever and I wasn't kidding. Being someone who has always been wary of any car dealer. I was truly impressed with the whole procedure and with Josh specifically. He was honest, professional and fair in all aspects. I walked away happy! more

We just recently purchased a new Honda Pilot from Piazza Honda of Reading. We were treated very well and never felt that normal car dealer pressure. After some fun negotiations we got the price that we thought was fair and purchased the car. The dealer has committed and well trained associates and a very nice facility. We would return when we need another new car. more

I have been dealing with Piazza Honda of Reading for at least 12 years. I have purchased 2 vehicles from them and will be purchasing the third next year. They have always been my choice for service due to their exemplary service department. The staff is always friendly and knowledgeable and go out of their way to meet all of my needs! I cannot imagine dealing with any other dealer and of course Honda is always my first choice! Thanks Piazza for making my life easy! more

I recently purchased a new car, and will now be using their service department. I want to thank everyone at Piazza's service department for the absolute best maintenance and servicing of my Honda for over thirteen years. I don't think my car would have survived as trouble free if not for you. You've always been up front about the services needed and the pricing, but never pushy or demanding. I respect that, and will unhesitatingly recommend you to anyone that wants quality Honda service. Adan was in charge of my car more often than not, and always did a perfect job with it. Michael Cambardella went the extra mile, provided the best drive in the business. Michael pointed out the features and overall quality of the Honda Accord and Acura ILC. Michael was very customer friendly and made sure that we would be happy with our choice. He did not just sell us a car just to sell it! He went the extra mile to get us a discount. more

I just wanted to say Tony is the main reason I come back to Piazza Honda of Drexel Hill, because of the excellent work that has been done on every Accord I have owned (3) and I know it's because of the devoted people in the shop! Just completed the buying process and had to pass on a few comments. Your online credit application process is a real time saver. I think I actually broke a personal record for the least amount of time spent at a dealership to complete a deal! Josh Westendorp worked to seal the deal. He met every competitive offer at every juncture of our deal making most of my time without the slightest grimace! Overall, a pleasure to deal with! more

I had the opportunity to purchase a 2012 Honda Civic from your establishment a few weeks ago. My sales rep was Abou Cassell. From our first hand shake, I felt very comfortable dealing with him. He was courteous, knowledgeable, professional and very accommodating. In addition, he had a very warm, sincere personality, something I did not experience with any of the other sales people I had dealt with at other dealerships I visited that week in Berks County. In addition, Bob in the finance dept. was a great help as well. He explained everything in detail and secured me a very good interest rate on my loan. I will continue to tell everyone of my great experience at Piazza Honda of Reading and the great team of people that are in this establishment. This is the first Honda I have owned, and I absolutely love it! more

I want to say thank you to the team at Piazza Honda of Reading. The staff is always friendly and they ensure customers are taking care of. I want to personally recognize Danielle. When I dropped my car off, I thought I was in need of an alignment but come to find out it was much more than I had ever thought but Danielle was amazing! She let me know exactly what was happening and did whatever she could to be able to help me. I am extremely grateful for all her help and how nice she was as well as patient. She is the true meaning of customer service. Thank you for everything and I look forward to my next service. more

Very Pleased with my recent Service 3/7/2012

I was pleased with the service on my Pilot. It was quick, the service reps were polite and the price was certainly reasonable. The express service package has been a nice addition for me; it gives me some flexibility on receiving minor repair work without involving early morning appointments ans shuttle runs to and from my workplace. I have to expect and appreciate the find quality of service I have received. One of the worst things for a car owner is to get a car out of the shop and discover soon after that the problem has been misdiagnosed or hasn't been repaired properly. Back in the shop. Thankfully, I have not experienced this with your group. more

This is to recognize and thank your service staff, specifically Greg and Ron, along with your courtesy shuttle drivers, Don and Sandy, for helping my Dad, to resolve his 1992 Honda Accord's numerous problems during the last two months. Ultimately, his car's air conditioning system was repaired and the relay and transmission computer unit were replaced in the most economical way possible. Through it all, your service staff and shuttle drivers treated my Dad with professionalism, kindness and respect. more
