I want to say thank you to the team at Piazza Honda of Reading. The staff is always friendly and they ensure customers are taking care of. I want to personally recognize Danielle. When I dropped my car off, I thought I was in need of an alignment but come to find out it was much more than I had ever thought but Danielle was amazing! She let me know exactly what was happening and did whatever she could to be able to help me. I am extremely grateful for all her help and how nice she was as well as patient. She is the true meaning of customer service. Thank you for everything and I look forward to my next service.
