I had the opportunity to purchase a 2012 Honda Civic from your establishment a few weeks ago. My sales rep was Abou Cassell. From our first hand shake, I felt very comfortable dealing with him. He was courteous, knowledgeable, professional and very accommodating. In addition, he had a very warm, sincere personality, something I did not experience with any of the other sales people I had dealt with at other dealerships I visited that week in Berks County. In addition, Bob in the finance dept. was a great help as well. He explained everything in detail and secured me a very good interest rate on my loan. I will continue to tell everyone of my great experience at Piazza Honda of Reading and the great team of people that are in this establishment. This is the first Honda I have owned, and I absolutely love it!
