Aweful place! Traded my WRX for an Accord SE. Everyone friendly when taking your money but not so helpful after the fact. All 4 windows in the certified Accord SE are rattling very badly - almost to the point where i'm afraid they will drop. Made numberous phone calls to discuss the situation which lead nowhere. Brought the car in for service (3 days after driving it off the lot). Serviced called me back saying they don't hear anything- I told them to go on Rt 422 and to call me back. Never got a call back until late evening saying my car was done. I asked what was done - "" Lubed all the seals around the windows"". Picked car up next day - nothing was fixed. VERY VERY useless place and staff. WILL NEVER GO BACK THERE! Wish I never traded in my WRX.
Cons: Unfriendly-NOT HELPFUL
