The place that I've affiliated with was located on Silvery Lane. Anyway, as others have stated, horrible customer service. I would wait on hold forever to speak with my biller because they did not have voicemail. This was a couple of years ago and I have since gone to in house billing, so I'm not sure of pbsb's status to date. My biller was nice, but the manager's and owner were very rude. Instead of thinking that disgruntled former employees are writing bad reviews, maybe consider that these are real and honest reviews from former clients. The only positive reviews are clearly from employees. more

A little confused by your review 8/4/2009

After reading the other reviews I think the person must be a little confused. This is a well known and very professional company. I have been using this company for years and have never had any issues. \r \r Seems as if this might be a former employee who is using specific names to cause some trouble. All that read these reviews be aware they are not always accurate. I know this company gets business by referrals only that states something in itself. Pros: Everything more

Bad Business 7/14/2009

My father recently stopped using this company for his medical billing (He owns a local urgent care center). We were constantly calling to resolve billing mistakes that our biller made. Whenever we asked to speak to a manager, we usually spoke with Denise, who, like the other reviewer stated, is VERY condescending. Teri ( the owner) never seemed to be in, so we were never able to speak with her and she never returned our phone calls. Everyone there answers the phone like we are bothering them when we call! IT""S A CALL CENTER! Isn't it your JOB to answer the phone and help the caller?? The billers are pure lazy. When I visited the facility to drop off our billing info, the phone was ringing off the hook, though there is a room filled with people and telephones on their desks! I tried to speak with Teri and she blew me off and I was left to speak with the HR manager instead! RUDE! I would not suggest this company to my worst enemy. They should hire people who are grateful to have a job, and not seemed irritated that someone called and asked them to do their job! And the managers need to get the sticks out of their cracks! Example: great place for good bread 3/26/2009

Sloppy company. I would never use their services again. The biller assigned to my facility was extremely rude, never returned my phone calls and continuously made errors. Whenever my biller was unavailable, which was often, I was transferred to an equally rude ( if not more) biller and was also a dimwit. The managers are condescending and never corrected my issues. Very sloppy and rude. I only left a star because I HAD to leave a rating. They don't deserve it. Pros: Example: best croissants in town Cons: Rude billers, numerous billing mistakes, horrible management more
