If you need to get your Pho on, this place can make your fix. Be prepared though, I echo the previous reviews; the place is a grungy dive. It starts with the cigarette smoke drifting from the back tables where it seems the shady but-we're-part-of-the-family clientele sit. There's a tv that everyone is watching, and there's the tired hostess/waitress who impatiently waits for you to place your order. In the Lonely Planet - it'd be considered a charming but no-frills, roadside family run restaurant a Westerner might think an oasis...had they'd been backpacking SE Asia for 6wks, but in the middle of Phoenix - it's a hole-in-the-wall with great pho at cheap prices.
Pros: Good pho and imperial rolls, cheap
Cons: Smoking; grungy; service is not slow, but below avg.
