Review content:
We went for lunch during the week. The woman who served us didn't even say hi, i had to flag her down to remind her to take our order quite some time after she gave us the menus. The pho was cold, the broth was cloudy, the bean sprouts were brown - like it was all left over from yesterday. There was agroup of older gentlemen at the front table obviously the owner's friends because they were more intent on serving them beer before the rest of us even got attention eventhough we were there first. To top it off, they started smoking and the owner was ok with it even though our neighbor had a baby with them.
Pros: inexpensive, no crowds at lunch
Cons: food sucked, not so fresh veggies, poor service
