Great doctors. My Mom has gone to Hollis Phillips for years and I've returned to his office after a long absence. I'm now seeing Mark Phillips. I've referred several friends and have had nothing but great feedback. The office staff has been great about getting messages to him in a timely fashion and getting back to me right away. I've never had a problem with scheduling an appointment. When I had my physical I got a letter with all my results and then a follow up visit. When I asked to see a specialist with some concerns the office worked quickly to have the referral done and the information to me. more

Awesome staff. Awesome doctor. 7/21/2007

The staff is wonderful. They are very considerate and love knowing how the family is doing. Espically if you've been going there for some time. Dr. Phillips is a very good doctor. If you ever have any questions he's the man to go to. He cares much for your health. He also makes it to where he knows his patients by first name. I would highly reccommend him. The office is always clean and you never have to worry about stepping on gum or finding some kind of food stashed anywhere. Awesome staff and awesome doctor. Can't get no better than that. Pros: Awesome Staff and Doctor Cons: Parking and sometimes a LITTLE behind schedule. more

No office staff support ,great doctor 7/8/2006

Dr. Mark Phillips is a good and caring doctor, and I would highly reccemend him as a doctor. BUT, His office staff have not been helpful at all getting claims paid that should have not been denied. If you cannot afford to pay for your own visits even thought you have insurance, do not take the chance, the office staff will not help. Pros: great doctor Cons: no help on denied insurance claims more
