Review content:
Dr. Mark Phillips is a good and caring doctor, and I would highly reccemend him as a doctor. BUT, His office staff have not been helpful at all getting claims paid that should have not been denied. If you cannot afford to pay for your own visits even thought you have insurance, do not take the chance, the office staff will not help.
