Never Again 8/20/2011

I'll make this really short. I went to Dr. Sobo because at the time he was the only one that could get me in on the same day and I had a horrible toothache. Also he is one of the few that still use Nitrous Oxide. Well to make a very very long story short I ended up getting a tooth pulled that didn't need to be because he said that I didn't know which tooth was really hurting. Then had to go back the next day because I was still in pain because he removed the wrong tooth. Then instead of just removing that tooth he informs me that he is going to do a root canel. Well they started the first part sent me home and what do you know I was back in his office the next day still in pain so he ended up pulling the right tooth at that time. In the 3 days I had to go see him I racked up a LARGE bill. So never again..... FYI- The bill is still outstanding I refuse to pay it!!!!! more

never had a more thorough examination 4/26/2011

I found Dr. Sobo from his webpage. I made an appointment because the staff looked fun. I was blown away by the attentive staff and Dr. Sobo. I have never had a more thorough examination of my mouth, tongue and teeth in my life. more

I wouldn't change dentists for the world 4/21/2011

Dr Sobo has great skills and quality. Staff is nice and everyone seems educated and very helpful. I never have problems with insurance, payments, nor the products that are used. I wouldn't change dentists for the world. more

Ive recommended him to everyone I know 4/19/2011

Ive had several major dental operation performed, and quite frankly, there is nothing that this Doctor cannot perform, from gum surgery to having my wisdom teeth pulled out, to routine preventative maintenance. If you think hes a little too harsh, then I suggest you go with someone thatll sit there and lie, and baby you, and tell you everythings going to be ok Then end up getting some sort of inflammation that needs some strong medical antibiotics to cure. Ive recommended him to everyone I know, and no one has complained about his service. more

know exactly what is needed 4/12/2011

I prefer to have someone work on my dental needs that know exactly what is needed to correct any ailment. If hes a little rough around the edges, most professionals are! Ive never seen him disrespect his staff in the years Ive gone. more

I would not recommed dr sobo as a dentist to anyone. He is painful. He is more worried about money than the quality of dental work he does. HIs office is not very good at filing insurance they make alot of mistakes on charges and cannot get the insurance filed in a timely manner. more

This dentist charges interest on remainder of bill after any insurance has been filled. A very dear friend that is in poor health made the mistake of going to see him, not only was he painful at the time of her visit but has been a pain since she left!!!! more
