Pet supplies overpriced, custumer service is great still not willing to spend the xtra cash for that. The animals are keep clean, save a life an adopt. Its cheaper and your giving an animal another chance in life. more

Great service, I bought two of my dogs at Pet’s Delight and had them trained upstairs. Annie always comes through for us, and everyone else there provides good and responsible customer service. more

I adopted a rescue Chihuahua mix puppy dog from this store recently. They were overall very good, all though the adoption process was a little slow, it was my first time adopting a dog, and all the questions I had were all answered. more

My first experience with Pet's Delight was taking some students inside for a mini field trip as we were studying animals at my school and they had just recently moved to their new location. They were polite and helpful, talking to the children about the care of animals. I also purchased a couple of mice for my life science center. Bonnie was very helpful and gave me some tips on raising some tadpoles we had in the classroom. I found myself traveling back to the store and each time I had an great experience. It seemd a natural place to go when I was thinking about adopting a puppy. After several visits I fell in love with a cairn terrier (which I have papers for). She had just come into the store so I was not allowed to take her home for serveral days, until she was at the store for a few more days. They allowed me to come and visit my puppy during that whole week, so that I would have bonding time with her. Ivan and Bonnie have been fantastic, assisting me with puppy training and grooming tips. I have also made additional purchases of animals for my life science lab. They have been healthy. When Fiona (my puppy) and I visit, all the staff have made a point to remember us by name. They even assisted me by special ordering an item not regularly available through their vendors. They have made the difference as to why I now go to them exclusively for my pet needs. I appreciate their customer service and helpfulness always. more

I went with a friend today to pick out a new puppy at Pet's Delight. I had seen the puppy a couple of days ago and knew my friend was looking for this color, breed and gender. I felt confident in recommending this puppy to my friend because between me and my family and friends, we have purchased 6 other dogs from Pet's Delight before this. I purchased a puppy last year. Additionally, my sister, sister-in-law, another friend, and my mother-in-law have all purchased puppies over the last 6 years. All of them have been purebred and with papers. None of them have ever been ill from anything connected to the shop or as a result of genetics or breeding. All the dogs are currently healthy, beautiful, wonderful companions to their owners. I have also purchased two parakeets from Pet's Delight. They are healthy, active birds and show no signs of slowing down. more

I have had nothing but good experiences with the staff at Pets Delight. They are one of the best stocked pet stores around. I recently got two puppies from them, after searching at several animal shelters. The puppies are healthy, smart and have brought alot of joy to us. I have been a long time customer (over 20 years) and have always had a good experience. Every time I have come in (which is usually at least twice a month) the store is clean, the animals look healthy and playful, the staff is knowlegable and helpful and the prices fair. more

I love the groomer at Pet's Delight. Her name is Susan, and she is there on the weekends. She doesn't SHAVE dogs like Petsmart, and my dog adores her. Whether or not you like the store, the groomer is incredible! She actually knows how to groom my schnauzer without making him look like an old man. He looks like a show dog! more

These two stores make every effort to be sure that the animals are properly cared for and have been in business for over 30 years. Anyone that has a question about the care of their pets gets the information they need to feed and care for there animal. They offer low cost shot clinics weekly so people can keep there animals up to date on there shots and actually have vets there that will offer their help when needed. They refer customers to low cost clinics where they can have there pets spayed neutered. The staff has always been friendly and will to help when they can. more

I want to comment that both these stores offer low cost shot clinics and refer you to clinics that you can have you pets spayed or neutered.at a reduced price. They also offer rescue dogs and cats that come from many organizations. In this day and time there are not many stores left that even have pets available. The staff offers their advise as to the care and feeding of anyone pets. more

I was impressed by the helpful staff and the very sweet natured cats, kittens and pups that were there. Very friendly and Pure Bred, not from mills. Very beautiful and well taken care of. Staff was very helpful with great attitudes. I definately recommend shopping there. more

I have a two year old Shih Tzu named Molly, who absolutely loathed the groomer. The first time she was groomed, she was six months old, and I took her to Petsmart. They completely shaved off all of her hair, and my brand new, fluffy puppy, looked like a hairless cat. They told me she was matted, and that a ""shave-down"" was the only thing they could do. Not only was I shocked at the cut they gave her, but her attitude when I brought her home was strange. She seemed very timid and shaken, not at all like how she was when I brought her in to the groomer. When her hair grew back, and it was time to be groomed, my friend recomended the groomer at the Pet's Delight store in So. Pas. Her name is Susan, and she is there on the weekends. Molly's hair was long, and I feared that another ""shave-down"" situation would occur, but I was ""delighted"" when Susan told me that she does not ""SHAVE"" dogs. Yes, Molly was matted, but she assured me that no matter what, she would do what was best for Molly. Her groom included her bath, nails, ears, anal glands, and cut. I was completely thrilled to find that Susan had kept her promise, and Molly looked gorgeous. Her hair was an inch and a half long, and her face was round and happy. She actually looked like a puppy, most importantly a happy matt-free puppy. Susan handed Molly to me after she gave her a kiss and a hug. Molly was obviously as thrilled as I was, as she wagged her tail and licked my face. Needless to say, Molly goes to Susan on the weekends every eight weeks, and is a very happy girl. I will never take my dog any where else. I whole-heartedly recomend Susan at Pet's Delight, she was wonderful, and most importantly, Molly loves her. As for the actual store, I have never bought a dog from there, but the puppies look happy and healthy, and the people that work there have always been lovely to Molly and I. It's a very Mom and Pop store, which I like, because it's cozy. Molly enjoys their toys, and collars. more
