Maintenance Experience 9/27/2011

Took Prius in for service a few weeks ago. Service advisor Shelby (RO# 224889) did a great job and had it ready in short order, as promised. Cost of checkup exactly as advertised. Kudos to Toyota for great auto: Prius. Kudos to Peterson for their efficient and friendly service. I'll go back. more

I recently purchased a 2010 Prius that needed an oil change and warranty service. The vehicle was purchased new from another Toyota dealership but I chose Peterson because of their location. The customer experience was wonderful starting with my service advisor Jeff Crabtree. He was informative and listened to the issues I was experiencing with my car. I have to say that all items on RO 221398 were repaired to my satisfaction. They also provided a courtesy shuttle. Sam was pleasant and thoughtful enough to call when my car was ready for pick up. This proactive interaction was pretty amazing. Keep up the good work! more

Oil Change and Check Up 7/26/2011

I had my Camry Hybrid serviced and a few things repaired with the help of Shelby Billig, my service adviser, under repair order 220559. Shelby was very helpful and got me on my way very efficiently. The service was supposed to take 3 1/2 hours but they were done in 2. Not bad! Thank you for making this experience a good one! more

I waited less than an hour and half and I was on my way home in good spirits. Next day, she called me and left a message if my car is working fine.
