The best place to buy a car~ 12/11/2011

THE MOST HELPFULL SHOP IN BOISE 5/23/2011

I HAVE A 94 PICK UP AND WAS IN NEED OF SOME HELP WITH SOME REPAIRS WHEN I WALKED IN I WAS GREETED AND JAKE GOT ME IN TOUCH WITH A TECH I THINK HIS NAME WAS KYLE? BUT THEY WERE MOST HELPFULL NORMALY IF YOU WALK IN TO A SHOP WITH A REPAIR MANUAL THEY WANT $$$$$ TO EVEN TALK TO A TECH, THEY TOOK THE TIME AND EFFORT JUST TO EXPLAIN HOW TO TEST THE FAILED PART ON MY TRUCK. I WILL BE GOING BACK TO PETERSON JUST BECAUSE THEY TOOK THE TIME TO LISTEN, THANKS SO MUCH. more

Petersons is the best in the west! 5/5/2011

Peterson Autoplex is the best in the west! Really!! We recently moved to another state, and I am constantly telling my husband that we need to move back to Idaho because Peterson's took care of us the right way! We have a 2007 Camry from them and we recently bought a brand new Sienna. My husband went all the way back to Idaho just to get it from Peterson Autoplex, because we were unable to find as great of a deal and the kind of good service that we always do with them. You can count on Petersons!! So happy with these guys! We will ALWAYS make the trip to Idaho to continue to do business with Peterson Autoplex. Terrific Experience 5/5/2011

One call -- that's all . . . . to coin a phrase. Made a call and the next day had a really, really terrific deal and experience. The initial call was made to Peterson because of experiences of both my Parents and my In-laws, as well as a sister-in-law. Never heard anyone complain about anything in the past. Only hesitation I had was giving them my SSN; but once I realized it's a new regulation from the government, I relaxed. Everything else was great. more

This is my second bad experience with them and this time I learned. I will never buy a car from them again and have made it a personal mission to tell everyone I know (no big surprise because everyone else has the same bad story). Luckily we have the internet to warn other consumers of shady businesses in the area. Skip them and head to Nampa to Tom Scott or to Ontario and Hometown Toyota. more

I'm very unhappy with the transaction I had with Peterson. When I wouldn't give them my social security number they got very upset. It basically went downhill from there. I didn't see any reason why they needed my SS # when I wasn't financing through them. They are definitely part of the ""good 'ol boy network"" so ladies, go to Tom Scott Toyota. I buy a new car every 2-3 years and always a Toyota or Honda. I will never buy a car from them again. I never received a survey from the manufacturer so I'm sure they did something shady to keep me from getting one. Doesn't surprise me. I've told numerous people about my bad experience and every one of them had similar issues. Thank GOD for the internet so consumers can warn other consumers about unethical businesses. Once again, GO TO TOM SCOTT OR HOMETOWN TOYOTA. They will treat you fairly and respectfully. more

Peterson Toyota 10/23/2010

I purchased my new 2010 Venza in June of this year. I couldn't be happier. \r \r The salesmen, Todd took great care in making sure I knew everything about my new car, which I really appreciated. \r \r The service advisor, Dennis does an excellent job in making sure everything is taken care of, oil changes, etc.\r \r I have owned various Toyotas since 1992 & have never had a problem with any of them.\r \r Great cars!\r \r Thank you Peterson Toyota for all your expertise. more

I RECENTLY CALLED AROUND LOOKING FOR A NEW TRUCK THEY TOLD ME OVER THE PHONE THEY HAD ONE LIKE I WAS LOOKING FOR WHEN I GOT THERE IT WASN'T SO THEY LIED ABOUT THE COLOR THE OPTIONS THE PRICE AND TOLD ME THAT WAS THE WAY THE GAME WAS PLAYED Pros: they should be pliticians they lie so much more

Buyer Beware 12/22/2009

I went to peterson and they just pushed me into buying a car that had issues with the car. I took it back and asked why the check engine light was on and they couldn't fix it after having it for weeks then charged me for the so called fix that didn't even get done correctly. I'll never buy from them again. It wasn't the car that we originally wanted for my family it doesn't even have the seating. Time and time again we spoke with the sales rep about 3rd row seating and he just wouldn't listen to us. I feel i bought a lemon that they knew they had and just wanted to get rid of on an unsuspecting family. Cons: Hassle on pricing, No honesty, Unethical more
