Review content:
I recently purchased a 2010 Prius that needed an oil change and warranty service. The vehicle was purchased new from another Toyota dealership but I chose Peterson because of their location.
The customer experience was wonderful starting with my service advisor Jeff Crabtree. He was informative and listened to the issues I was experiencing with my car. I have to say that all items on RO 221398 were repaired to my satisfaction.
They also provided a courtesy shuttle. Sam was pleasant and thoughtful enough to call when my car was ready for pick up. This proactive interaction was pretty amazing.
