I called at 5 pm for a 10,000 mile service and they were able to squeeze me in before closing. Repair order number 5230395 and Shelby Billig was my service advisor. Thanks for getting me in! more

60,000 Mile Service 11/5/2011

My Camry wsa due for the 60,000 mile service. I called Peterson to make an appointment for the service and to report that I noticed a noise under the hood. It turned out to be a water pump. The warranty on the water pump was over at 60,000. My camry had just over 60,000. They fixed it anyway at no cost to me. Great people to work with, especially Jeff Crabtree, my Service Advisor. more

2005 Toyota Avalon 11/1/2011

Needed to have a maintenance type repair done on the steering in my car. Shelby is my service rep and she is always professional and helpful. She was able to get the parts ordered and have my car scheduled within two weeks. Car was completed and ready to pick up earlier than the expected time. I have all my work done at this dealership. Customer Service, Invoice 228348 11/1/2011

I just went in to have my snow tires mounted/aligned and I always feel so comfortable. The customer service I receive from everybody is outstanding. Shelby Billig took care of me this time and she was great. Smiled all the time. I also had a gentleman from AllState talk to me. After hearing that I already had Allstate, he checked my policy to make sure everything was ok. What a great group. Thank you all so much. more

Tacoma service has been great 10/25/2011

RO# 228046 (Service Advisor: Shelby). Though I'm like everybody else who would rather not spend time in auto service departments, I have to say Peterson Toyota has a great service team. My 2011 Tacomoa came with a 2-year hassle-free scheduled service plan which I've enjoyed more than I thought I would. Also they've taken care of a couple service items quickly and efficiently. Of course, I also appreciate the courtesy shuttle service that allows me more freedom to drop off and pick up my vehicle. Thanks Peterson! more

Outstanding Service--Again! 227640 10/23/2011

Good: Toyota-Peterson is always ready for my appointment. Shelby identified me when I got out of my car, called me by name, and motioned me over to her station. She walked me through the process and listened to what I told her. How do I know that she listened? My comments were printed on my document. They also washed my car, which is so very nice!. Bad: Nothing. Improvements: I always wait for my car, bringing work with me into the service waiting area. It would be nice if there were additional plugs for our computers.. Other: The people we deal with are always clean, the waiting room is clean, and the service bay we pull into is clean. Folks are neatly dressed and very respectful.. more

Toyota service 10/21/2011

Came in for an oil change. Cost a lot less than quoted. All service personnel were wonderful, even when they had to tell me I had 2 rat's nests in the air filters and an oil leak. Both were a surprise, but I was confident in their ability and honesty. My service advisor was Shelby and my RO# was227939 more

Goal! 10/17/2011

Serviced our 04 Prius and 00 Tundra here for >5 years now. Shelby (RO# 225429) has provided exceptional attention to our service needs and timeframes. No surprises except good ones; helped us get a discount on Prius service needed just after warrantly expired, then a full refund when it turned out the item was subject to a recall-replacement. We've dealt with service providers in UT, CO, and VA. Our experience at Peterson has been the best. Only down side is the wait room being dominated by TV noise. more
