I love going to this store, especially the salon! I don't know what the last person's problem is but Amy is the nicest person there! I always request her and she does such a good job pampering my dogs. She's always talking to them and being so good with them, which knowing my babies isn't easy! :-) And she always gets them out on time. I only have a problem with a few employees. One of them is one of the cashiers ... Tammy or something. She is so rude! I don't know what bee is in her bonnet but she is always so condescending I don't like being in her line! If two are open and she's on one, I always go to the other even if it's longer. Otherwise I have great experiences there and everyone is so friendly. :-) Pros: great staff, good salon, excellent customer service! Cons: a few bad eggs employed more

I had setup an appt and just because I got there 12 minutes late the manager AMY who has no manager skills and looks like she hasn't gotten laid in years refused to take my dogs. I had to drive back home and she ruined my weekend. She didn't offer anything just simple said NO. I will never take my dogs there again and I will spread the word to my friends and family not to shop or go to petsmart for anything. I also filed a complain at corporate and they are investigating. GIVE ME A BREAK 12MIN LATE?????? They always tell me my dogs will be ready at 4 and they are never ready at that time they tell me, usually 2 or 3 hrs after the promised time and I still pay them and never complain. But she will hear from my that is for sure. Pros: Melissa is a great groomer Cons: Amy the manager is a bitch more
