I love going to this store, especially the salon! I don't know what the last person's problem is but Amy is the nicest person there! I always request her and she does such a good job pampering my dogs. She's always talking to them and being so good with them, which knowing my babies isn't easy! :-) And she always gets them out on time. I only have a problem with a few employees. One of them is one of the cashiers ... Tammy or something. She is so rude! I don't know what bee is in her bonnet but she is always so condescending I don't like being in her line! If two are open and she's on one, I always go to the other even if it's longer. Otherwise I have great experiences there and everyone is so friendly. :-)
Pros: great staff, good salon, excellent customer service!
Cons: a few bad eggs employed
