We are delighted with our new carpet! The staff at Carpet Fair was so helpful and patient during the long process of choosing what I wanted. They provided me with samples of every shade that I was considering to help me make the perfect choice for our needs. Both the price and the quality of the carpet were excellent. The carpet installation team paid attention to every detail. Great care was taken on the steps and entrances to the room. The seam is truly invisible! After a long day of work on the installation, they cleaned everything up and took every trace of the old carpeting and padding away. I can't say enough good things about our experience at Carpet Fair. I wouldn't shop anywhere else! more

We had recently purchased our first home in woodlyn pa. and shopped around for carpet all over delaware county.We went with carpet fai for a few reasons. 1) The saleman we worked with were very helpful with our color choices and and type of carpet to use in different rooms.They did a great job in managing us with our budget. We made the pruchase the installers came 10 am .Wayne and Gary were done entire house by dinner time.And wow they worked hard.overall i would recommend Carpet Fair to all my friends and family . Had carpets installed prior to my wedding. Price was okay (not great). While Alan and his installers were there, the crashed our new flat-screen tv into our newly painted wall leaving a huge gash. They tried to deny it however, i walked in on them trying to turn my tv on which they couldn't. i called the store immediately when Larry told me that this had never happened before. Larry was more concerned that this men had worked all day and that i might not pay my bill rather than the destruction done to my home\r Mark the owner told me to call him if we had any problems and he would get back to me that day. i not only stopped by the store but called his cell to let him know my predicament. the only time he called me back was two wks later to try to get the rest of his money. i made sure they replaced my tv, but after Alan the installer took the box w/ the broken tv back to best buy to get his money back. Alan also told me he couldnt put this through his insurance b/c he had too many claims. Would never go back and warn anyone/everyone not to use this company!!! more

husband and I were in the market for new carpet in our family room and 3 bedrooms.........We had empire out and couldnt wait to get rid of that man outta our house. very high pressure salesman and was doulbe the price.....Next stop Home Depot lol what a joke that experience was..................35 mins before someone even said hello to us........lets skip that ordeL.......WE THAN MADE OUR WAY DOWN THE BALTIMORE PK AND THANK GOD WE SAW CARPET FAIR......GREAT PEOPLE VERY VERY FAIR PRICE AND THE ISTALLATION WENT SMOOTHLY......NOT ONLY THAT WE HAD A GREAT ROOM WE WERE GONNA CARPET AS WELL AND THE MEASURE PERSON WAS HONEST ENOUGH TO TELL US THE CARPET DIDNT NEED TO BE REPLACED AND RECOMMENDED A CARPET CLEANER FOR US AND THAT WENT WELL TOO......THANKS GUYS more

I have use carpet fair for many projects in my time. For my home and for my many rentals properties. And all I can say is they do a great job all around from the measuring to the installation and most importantly the price............gotta love these guys they are real and very down to earth..............hey not everyone is perfect or has a great day...if carpet fair ever did a bad installation they were there the next day to take care of the problem.. more

a terrific family business. everyone was so helpful, and really assisted me in picking the best product for our home. the installers showed up when they said they would, and my job went in without a hitch. i got a great price on something my family and i will enjoy in our home for a long time. more

I called Carpet Fair because I was making a purchase that was over $2,000 and I had a few questions about measurements and how they came up with the price. The rep Larry got snappy with me because he couldn't answer my questions and was frustrated. I would expect anyone making a large purchase to be able to get answers. Be cautious of the measurements and don't ask them any questions or you'll get snapped at. Needless to say, I will not be going with them. Cons: All more
