husband and I were in the market for new carpet in our family room and 3 bedrooms.........We had empire out and couldnt wait to get rid of that man outta our house. very high pressure salesman and was doulbe the price.....Next stop Home Depot lol what a joke that experience was..................35 mins before someone even said hello to us........lets skip that ordeL.......WE THAN MADE OUR WAY DOWN THE BALTIMORE PK AND THANK GOD WE SAW CARPET FAIR......GREAT PEOPLE VERY VERY FAIR PRICE AND THE ISTALLATION WENT SMOOTHLY......NOT ONLY THAT WE HAD A GREAT ROOM WE WERE GONNA CARPET AS WELL AND THE MEASURE PERSON WAS HONEST ENOUGH TO TELL US THE CARPET DIDNT NEED TO BE REPLACED AND RECOMMENDED A CARPET CLEANER FOR US AND THAT WENT WELL TOO......THANKS GUYS
