I had my couch cleaned a month ago exactly and the odor came back stronger than EVER. I called to very kindly tell him that the odor has returned and he immediatley got very nasty with me, told me that ""HE KNOWS THE JOB HE DID AND THAT HE DID A GOOD JOB"" he said I should have called the next day if the odor came back - the odor didn't come back until about 3 weeks after!!! He was RUDE, unkind, nasty and I was MORE than offended by his behavior and crudeness to me. He did not offer to re-visit, or refund my money as the website states. I do not recommend this man for 2 reasons, product doesn't work and 2 - this man has a HORRIBLE attitude and is very cruel. more

worst customer service 5/11/2012

DO NOT USE THEM. I called them to take out the pet order from my carpet. Next day when I called Tony from Irvine office to tell him that I am smelling the pet urine still. He started freaking out and saying I am wrong that I am lying and started cussing at me. I have never been treat that way as a client. In fact, he even called me back and start cussing and going off at me again. It was so shocking I actually recorded the call. DO NOT USE them, specially Tony from Irvine. I am definitely reporting him to every regulatory agencies more

Best Pet Stain Remover Service 3/26/2011

Tony from Pet Techs came to our office and did an amazing job on getting the pet stains out from our office dog. The smell of his special compound is wonderful, smells like lemon or lime. So refreshing from other carpet cleaning techniques used in the past. The carpet looks brand new!! Tony was on time, pleasant and very customer service orientated. I would highly recommend his products & services. more

Run don't walk 11/21/2010

Called owner to let him know that the carpet was way too wet after a couple of days. Water, water everywhere. He swore at me using very foul language and calling me horrible names when I asked for fans to help dry. I was visiting my mom's home and own a company that also does carpet cleaning in Utah. The job was horrible. I wish he was my competition. I would fire any employee who had such poor customer service. He is not trained by IICRC, our standard in the industry. Run don't walk. more
