DO NOT USE THEM. I called them to take out the pet order from my carpet. Next day when I called Tony from Irvine office to tell him that I am smelling the pet urine still. He started freaking out and saying I am wrong that I am lying and started cussing at me. I have never been treat that way as a client. In fact, he even called me back and start cussing and going off at me again. It was so shocking I actually recorded the call. DO NOT USE them, specially Tony from Irvine. I am definitely reporting him to every regulatory agencies
