I had my couch cleaned a month ago exactly and the odor came back stronger than EVER. I called to very kindly tell him that the odor has returned and he immediatley got very nasty with me, told me that ""HE KNOWS THE JOB HE DID AND THAT HE DID A GOOD JOB"" he said I should have called the next day if the odor came back - the odor didn't come back until about 3 weeks after!!! He was RUDE, unkind, nasty and I was MORE than offended by his behavior and crudeness to me. He did not offer to re-visit, or refund my money as the website states. I do not recommend this man for 2 reasons, product doesn't work and 2 - this man has a HORRIBLE attitude and is very cruel.
