Was very helpful during a pet emergency on 4th of July... they got someone to us in 30 mins to transport the dog we were sitting for. Other places wanted us to wait 4 hours and were going to charge triple. I am very thankful for their help more

Absolutely the worst service ever. My family used this company for several weeks to take care of our cats. However when we came back, the cats were in bad condition with obvious neglect. It's so bad that we are buying hundreds of dollars of medication for them. So Susan, the person who was supposed to be taking care of them, intentionally or unintentionally neglected them, and she never once reported any problems to us. We could have treated the cats earlier if the problem was known, but Susan lied to us about the cats' conditions. Also, it was impossible to get a hold of her afterwards by phone. I would never use this company again and I would caution anyone who wants to have their pets well taken care of to look elsewhere. more

West coast to East coast 12/5/2011

I live on the East coast, and rescued a dog on the west coast. Had NO idea how to go about the arrangements. I knew no one in California. Someone at the shelter recommended Susan's Pet Taxi. Susan took control, paid EVERYTHING! Made ALL arrangements, and 3 days later I picked up my ""PEARL"" at the airport. I cannot thank her enough for her prompt actions. She kept in constant touch with me, and did all this over the Thanksgiving Holiday! Thank You, Susan! And Justin, the young man who had custody of my Pearl in between, Thank You. He and I had several phone calls, and he explained everything happening at the time. I HIGHLY recommend this company. They were very caring to my dog and myself........ THANK YOU, more

Never EVER use this company. Susan is completely rude and unprofessional. I had to pay her to do nothing. DO NOT WASTE your money. If you need to ship your pet- organize the transaction yourself. It's very easy- just call up the airline and book it. I was promised a smooth and easy transaction to ship my cat from California to Washington State and my friend and I had to do everything ourselves. The only thing Susan did was make the call to the airline to book the flight and you can easily do that yourself. So many other issues went wrong! I wasn't even notified that my cat arrived safely to the final destination. Susan also owns Pet Taxi so beware. If you care about your pets-use a different company. more

Caring people 11/8/2010

What a great service! They pick up my dog and take him to the vet. i have a large dog and a small 2 seater car, so to find someone to take her was hard. They were wonderful! more
