Absolutely the worst service ever. My family used this company for several weeks to take care of our cats. However when we came back, the cats were in bad condition with obvious neglect. It's so bad that we are buying hundreds of dollars of medication for them. So Susan, the person who was supposed to be taking care of them, intentionally or unintentionally neglected them, and she never once reported any problems to us. We could have treated the cats earlier if the problem was known, but Susan lied to us about the cats' conditions. Also, it was impossible to get a hold of her afterwards by phone. I would never use this company again and I would caution anyone who wants to have their pets well taken care of to look elsewhere.
