Never EVER use this company. Susan is completely rude and unprofessional. I had to pay her to do nothing. DO NOT WASTE your money. If you need to ship your pet- organize the transaction yourself. It's very easy- just call up the airline and book it.
I was promised a smooth and easy transaction to ship my cat from California to Washington State and my friend and I had to do everything ourselves. The only thing Susan did was make the call to the airline to book the flight and you can easily do that yourself. So many other issues went wrong! I wasn't even notified that my cat arrived safely to the final destination. Susan also owns Pet Taxi so beware. If you care about your pets-use a different company.
