I cannot believe there is a service like this here! Our two kitties are like family to us, and leaving town has always been stressful - until we found Pet Express Concierge. They are bonded and assured, and everyone that works there is lovely, knowledgeable, and loves animals. Brian specifically is our cat-sitter, and we won't go away w/out him again - our cats are very particular and need love, and Brian gives it to them 100 fold, plus emails us updates and pictures every day while we're away. He is kind, loving and simply wonderful with them. A certified neat/clean freak, I also am grateful for her keeping their food and litter area as clean as I do. Look no further for a pet sitter. I found Pet Express Concierge through online research. My experience with their service was terrific. My emails were responded to promptly, in a professional and courteous manner. The dog sitter herself was extremely kind and was thoughtful enough to send me pictures of my beloved critter while I was away. I would - and will! - definitely use Pet Express Concierge again. The staff are top-notch, and my dog looked happy and well taken-care of upon my return. more

Brian is fabulous! I think my cat was kind of upset to see me come home instead of him! Seriously though, I will use him again and again. Brian from Pet Express Concierge has been an excellent pet sitter for our 12 year old cat, Kitty. He has been sitting for him for about a year and a half. He has always been available anytime I have ever requested service. I get detailed reports on progress and daily activities. My cat always looks great and groomed when I get home. I feel very comfortable leaving Kitty with Brian, knowing he will be well taken care of. He also gets back to you over email or phone messages very quickly, which is much appreciated. I would recommend Brian to any pet owner. more

Pet Express was recommended to me by a very dear friend who had previously used them to watch her two cats. Upon meeting Brian I found him to be very attentive and my cat took to him right away. I had no qualms about leaving him to watch my then 6 month old kitten, and I have used him a number of times since then. I am confident that I get my money's worth with Brian, and that he spends the time that I pay for- both playing with the cat and taking care of his food/water and litter box-related needs. I have been a client of Pet Express since June of 2006 when I acquired a Cocker Spaniel puppy. I engaged Pet Express for midway walks during the week. I met with Brian of Pet Express to set up the walking and he was extremely professional and customer-service orientated. This has continued through the relationship. It is a bit daunting to turn over your house to a stranger, but Brian put me at ease immediately explaining the services they provide. Brian explained that with a regular schedule the puppy would be trained very quickly. I was amazed that she was trained within a month and has not missed since then. I owe this to the dependable service provided by Pet Express. It's also great to know that if I stuck at work - Pet Express will be there to take care of my dog. I often have to travel for work, and I arrange with Pet Express to come in three times a day to take care of my dog. They make sure she is fed, walked and played with. The benefits are fantastic, I don't have to worry about boarding the dog and getting to the kennel within their working hours. I come home and my dog is home. Brian explained that keeping the dog in her natural surroundings helps while I am away, and as with all of their services this is true as well. I have recommended Pet Express to several of my colleagues at work and they have had nothing but praise for the professional service accompanied by a true love for our pets and great care. It's a great feeling to know that your best friend is being treated with exceptional care. I will continue to recommend Pet Express as the care goes above and beyond my expectations, and the professional service only adds to the overall experience. more

I am so excited that Pet Express has been nominated Small Business of the Year. My name is Melody and I have used Pet Express for at least 4 years. I found them through Google. When i first talked to Brian Claybaugh, the owner, he sounded extremely nice and professional on the phone. I am very picky of who takes care of my pet. He came out to the house and picked up my dog and has been grooming her ever since. We have a great rapport to the point I feel comfortable leaving my house key for him when I cannot be home while he takes my dog to groom. He has called me on many occasions just to see how I am or my dog Ari. Ari had a cancer and Brian was always checking in on her. I hope Pet Express gets Small Business of the Year. They certainly deserve a paws up from us :) more

It is almost a year since we started using your services. When Ed fell and could no longer walk our Black Lab I tried to walk her in my walker. The people at work thought I was crazy and I should get a dog walker. Thankfully we found you and I was able to keep my promise to Ed not to give away his dog. In November, when she got sick and died the care and compassion that you show her and us during that time went way above what I thought a dog walker does. Ed was totally depressed at the loss of his dog. Thanks to your help in finding Sam at the Animal Shelter, Ed is happy again and has a company when I am at work. I was concerned at first at the cost of your service, but the care that you and your staff give to the animals is wonderful. The real value of your service is the sunshine you give every day with your visit to the owners of the pets. In our case, Ed looks forward to your visit every day, as much as Sam.
