I am so excited that Pet Express has been nominated Small Business of the Year. My name is Melody and I have used Pet Express for at least 4 years. I found them through Google. When i first talked to Brian Claybaugh, the owner, he sounded extremely nice and professional on the phone. I am very picky of who takes care of my pet. He came out to the house and picked up my dog and has been grooming her ever since. We have a great rapport to the point I feel comfortable leaving my house key for him when I cannot be home while he takes my dog to groom. He has called me on many occasions just to see how I am or my dog Ari. Ari had a cancer and Brian was always checking in on her. I hope Pet Express gets Small Business of the Year. They certainly deserve a paws up from us :)
