this place is AWESOME!\r this place is AWESOME! after very bad experiences at Ambers, Riverwalk, and Animal and Bird I was recommended Pet Chalet. This place is very clean and smells good. The staff is very sweet! both me and my pet felt very welcomed there. The groomer is very good with dogs I was very pleased. Upon pick up they provided me with a report card on how my pet did and who he made friends with and also a picture VERY impressive! I've never received such good service. I would highly recommended this place to pet owners. After all my bad experiences I did my research to find a LICENSED boarding facility. This place is great and when my dog sees the building he gets very excited he KNOWS where he's at and that speaks for itself! more

I take my dog all the time to Pet Chalet since 4 and half years, I know how much effort they made to get this place up & running, they waited 11 month to get their conditional use permit, they did everything by the book to open this place, & I know that my dog wouldn't end up in the shelter or get hit by a car at an unpermitted place to conduct this kind of business. \r All the competition are copying Pet Chalet , why to use the copy if I can use the original. \r I'm very happy with their staff who smile all the time, I know how much they are helping the comunity & they have a good cause. more

Please do not use Pet Chalet. They use deceitful practices to take your money. We dropped our dog off there on Friday and were scheduled to pick him up on Sunday. The wife called on Sunday and spoke to someone there to inform them that she would be there at 5:30 to pick up the dog. The person said ok, knowing that they closed at 5:00 instead of telling her the close time. This allowed them to charge us an additional overnight fee. You may say we should have known the close times, but we didn't and as a courtesy it would have been nice to have been told the actual close time instead of just saying OK with full knowledge they were closing at 5:00. If it was an honest mistake then offer to do something to make it right.\r They also offer a waived late pickup fee if you get a shampooing (both are the same price). They neglected to tell us this, so we ended up paying a late pickup fee in addtion to an extra nights stay. Why wouldn't you tell everyone that they can get their dog shampo more

I was also recently searching since we needed to board our 14 month old dog for the first time. finally found an amazing doggie daycare!: We were very nervous with leaving Buddy for the first time for an extensive stay. We looked all over and asked for recommendations. Then we found Pet Chalet in Corona on the net and had to come and see it for ourselves. We were very pleasantly surprised when we arrived for our first visit. Buddy seemed to like it there too. So we made arrangements for Buddy to stay for six days and hoped for the best. We called from our vacation and the staff told us that Buddy was doing great. He was socializing great and playing with his new friends. One of the most important things for us was that Buddy would not be locked away in a cage all day they play with other dogs and make new friends. I can't express just how happy we were with Pet Chalet. It is immaculately clean and the staff is wonderful. I highly recommend Pet Chalet to everyone!!! This place is FANTASTIC!!! more

Pet Chalet is wonderful Place For Daycare, Boarding and Washes: We dropped our 2 pugs off for the weekend, with no remorse and rave reviews. Not only is this facility a tremendous value for the price, but the service is quality and the staff is very professional. At the same time, they are personable and actually cared more about my babies(pugs) happiness and safety than collecting up front for the boarding bill, which was very affordable. I also highly recomend their wash. All in all the facility is very clean and spacious for one of its kind. I was impressed enough to become a regular and enroll the puppies in daily doggie daycare here. If you try this place, rest assured that your doggie will be in great hands more

Very Nice Place for my Roxy and I love this place. Roxy my Golden Retriever dog been going to Pet Chalet for boarding/day care and grooming for over a year now. Just to let everyone know this place have digital cameras which allow you to watch your dog playing/ boarding and grooming at any time from your own personal computer from anywhere. I always checked on my Roxy. Highly recommended. more

A great place. pet Chalet rocks. My dog love the place. Always clean and great bunch of people that who cars about dogs and cats. I left my dog lest weekend and when I picked him up. I can tell hi was very happy and excited and relax. I know my dog and I also know that he loves it in Pet Chalet. more

Pet Chalet is disgusting. The place reeks of urine, which is understandable TO A POINT. The other kennels I've been to each had their own stench, but not nearly as bad as pet chalet. The little dogs have to stay in tiny cages where they can only take 1 or 2 steps at a time. The penthouse suites don't have the cute furniture shown in the pictures- they are just hard tile floors. The manager is pushy and seems like a greasy used car salesman. And lastly, although this wouldn't determine whether I leave my dog there or not, but the wallpaper in the penthouse suites and grooming room are hideous. more

I take my dog Max every time I am out of town or business to Pet Chalet. My Max knows as soon as we hit the parking lot he goes crazy start waiving his tail and getting so excited. It is a great place. more

Is your babies' safety worth saving a couple bucks in boarding? They have had to take dogs to the hospital, I was there when they had a huge uproar in the lobby and the new assistant manager was trying to take care of everything but you could see that something bad was up. The owner came in and sat down in the middle of her trying to get papers and another attendant was trying to take care of me. The owner looked like she didnt know what to do. I have a bad feeling about this place. I understand animal businesses have problems every now and then, it's hard to deal with all they do and keep every single dog safe. Im glad my baby is always fine, but what im not happy about is the honesty. Any succesful animal care company has to have great customer service, have honesty with customers, and give you that homey feeling like your baby will be safe. This place gives you a shopping center feeling, with alwasy pushing you to buy more, not greeting you with a smile but instead with immediate co more
