Is your babies' safety worth saving a couple bucks in boarding? They have had to take dogs to the hospital, I was there when they had a huge uproar in the lobby and the new assistant manager was trying to take care of everything but you could see that something bad was up. The owner came in and sat down in the middle of her trying to get papers and another attendant was trying to take care of me. The owner looked like she didnt know what to do. I have a bad feeling about this place. I understand animal businesses have problems every now and then, it's hard to deal with all they do and keep every single dog safe. Im glad my baby is always fine, but what im not happy about is the honesty. Any succesful animal care company has to have great customer service, have honesty with customers, and give you that homey feeling like your baby will be safe. This place gives you a shopping center feeling, with alwasy pushing you to buy more, not greeting you with a smile but instead with immediate co
