They have gone downhill!!!! Our family has used them before... never again. Rather than utilize Open Table's floral service, because we have used them before, I opted to contact Perry's direct to have a Valentine's arrangement sent to a local restaurant for my wife. I made my ""upgraded"" purchase to their ""deluxe"" based on the representation of the arrangement on the e commerce website. What arrived for my wife was pitiful. A nearly $60 all said and done arrangement I could have purchased at the local supermarket for under $20! Online it appears to be a robust offering... what came delivered was (4) small roses, a handful of carnations and a load of baby's breath. I could have picked a better arrangement from my own garden. Whats worse is that at 8:30pm on Valentines day when I returned from dinner I went back to their website and saw the price was actually lower!! I called and talked to Walter Perry the next day... very casually he said he wasn't surprised as the holiday was considered over. So... your saying that you gouge customers to take advantage of the holiday???? VERY UNPROFESSIONAL! As if it couldn't be any worse, a woman called me this morning from Perry's stating they'd like to pick up the arrangement and exchange it for an openly admitted ""smaller display without the red vase""...?!?!?! So... my complaint is that what I paid for and what they sent originally was a reduced, shoddy version of what was on their website and now their customer service is even more deplorable by offering the exchange for something openly described as being smaller. This place is a JOKE.... stay away from them... save the $$$$ and go somewhere else.... you may have to anyway because with this type of service it'll only be time before they are out of business! I will continue to spread my personal experience locally and around the web so that others aren't taken advantage of.
