Businiess name:  Perry's Florist

Review content:
I'm in California. My friend's grandmother just passed in NJ. I ordered online from Perry's a rose plant. My intention was for my family's friend to plant the rose plant in honor and memory of their grandmother/mother. I insinuated this on the sympathy card that Perry's Florist was to write for me. Perry's Florist, specifically Walter, called me in California to let me know that he had read the card. He informed me that the plant I had selected would not survive the harsh winter conditions. He said that because he read what I intended to do, he wanted to call me and suggest other roses that would sustain the winters. I agreed. Walter and Perry's Florist did not have to do that. It would have been easier to just ship out the rose plant without a second thought. Now hopefully my friend's family will have rose bushes that will last much longer and when they look at them, they will think of their grandmother and smile. Thank you Perry's Florist and thank you Walter. Pros: Conscientious and professional
