I've been to Perry Collision for two repair jobs now, and the result has been the same each time; they did a satisfactory job on the damage, but they didn't make me feel welcome or confident in them at all.
I've taken my car there twice now, once for fixing a door when I got hit in a parking lot and once for a fender bender. The repairs came out okay (I say okay, not great, because when I close the door that I had fixed, it sounds rickety), but talking with the people was just unpleasant. Every time I came in to get estimates, set up appointments, etc., they made me feel like I was interrupting their day, they didn't help me to understand what needed to happen next to fix my car, and in general they were just not very clear or friendly. They didn't seem like they cared about talking to me, so why think that they even cared about doing a good repair job? Anyway, that's how I feel about them now.
I should not have given them a second chance, and I plan on going somewhere else next time.
