Businiess name:  Perry Legend Collision Repair
Review by:  David T.
Review content:
The short story is that Perry-Legend Collision Center Inc. painted my fender so dark that it didn't match the color of the rest of the vehicle. The painter, then, tried to cover his/her mistake by blending the hood but forgot to blend the bumper cover. Now one side of my vehicle is light gray due to aging and the other is dark gray. This wouldn't be a problem if it weren't for the light gray bumper cover next to the dark gray fender. After pointing out the problem to the business owner, Bill, he refused to fix what is well known in the automotive repair industry as an “Appaloosa”. He claims that the work was acceptable to him and his staff. After picking up my vehicle I visited two reputable collision repair companies in Columbia, Missouri. The estimators, without me pointing out the painted fender, noticed the poor workmanship immediately. They both stated that this type of work would never leave their paint shops in this condition let alone their collision centers. I have had great work done by them in the past but this experience is unacceptable. Now I will have to pay twice as much to repair their mistake. Thanks for the headache Bill. Please consider this information before handing over your valuable vehicle to Perry-Legend Collision Center.
