Good: The duplex was in OK to live in.. Bad: In the 8 months that I have rented from Performance Properties they have: - Insisted I did not pay my complete deposit when I moved in, despite proof of payment. - Sent me bills for the previous tenants. - Sent me bills with late fees expecting payment after I had already paid them. - "Inspected" my property by sending a man to my apartment who unlocked my door and asked where I slept and who I slept with (I am female). - Sent me bills with accidental double charges.. Improvements: Better communication.. more

I just wanted to write my letter to recommend on behalf of Performance Properties. I have been using their services for 2+years no and have beend completely satisfied with their performantce and professionalism. They are extremely responsicve to requests and issuies facing my property. Not only do they maintain a great relationship with me, they also maintain agreat relationsjhio iwth the renters. For me, that is so important in chooosing a porerty management comanpy. Also, anytime I needed to visit the locations, they arranged it without any issues. I have been an expat for the past 2 1/5 year and for the dull duration mny overseas postin, have had our property in Portland managed by PPI. During this time, I been extremely satisfied by both the 'expected" aspects of what I feel a prperty management company should do for a client who is oversears, as well as impressed with the proactivity shown by PPI in bringing up things that might otherwise slip by; specifically, in regards to aggressively helfping find rentors in transition times, as well as in informing me about aspects of the property that can be improved to make the property more rent-able. In short, I am hopedull that Nike will cominute to maintian our relationship with PPI, as I can rest easy knowing my property in Portland is in good hands. more

I have had Performance Properties manage my few rentals in Lake Oswego since they first started their service.  They were recommended to me by my previous manager who was retiring.  It was reassuring to me that someone "in the business" thought highly of Nori Falconari, and I have not been disappointed.  I have found Performance Properties  to be ethical, prompt to take care of problems that develop, and even though I have now moved out of the area I feel my properties are in good hands and I am always kept informed.  I recommended them to my son in law when he needed a property manager for his mother's house in East Portland and he is also satisfied with their service. I have never had any reason to be unhappy with Performance Properties and recommend them without hesitation. more
