Good: The duplex was in OK to live in.. Bad: In the 8 months that I have rented from Performance Properties they have:
- Insisted I did not pay my complete deposit when I moved in, despite proof of payment.
- Sent me bills for the previous tenants.
- Sent me bills with late fees expecting payment after I had already paid them.
- "Inspected" my property by sending a man to my apartment who unlocked my door and asked where I slept and who I slept with (I am female).
- Sent me bills with accidental double charges.. Improvements: Better communication..
