The website is great, easy to pay rent and fill in maintenance requests. Maintenance request attention has been good – most everything I have asked for repairing has been repaired. more

I am very pleased with Performance Property. Everyone has been really diligent in finding really great tenants. They are quiet and seem to keep the place in good order. P.P. has made sure the house has been maintained well and keeps up on checking the property regularly. Trina has been very pleasant and does her best to make sure things are done on a timely basis. I have engaged other property management companies and have been sorely disappointed. In the case of P.P. I couldn’t be happier. more

I have nothing but positives to say about Performance Properties, Inc. Bobbie Fuller always treats me as though I'm the only person she has to take care of -- even though I know I'm really just one of MANY. Whenever I have a problem, it is always addressed in a timely fashion and to the best of PPI's abilities. Matt, your maintenance man, is always cheerful, capable and willing to make sure the job is done right - not just 'good enough.' In fact, there hasn't been a single person from PPI that I've been displeased with. Even the contract workers (plumbers, HVAC and exterminators, etc.) remark about how great PPI is when they come to perform a service to the rental property. I feel very fortunate to be a PPI renter - which, in turn, makes me want to pay on time, take better care of the property, and recommend PPI to others. more

I will not rent from this company...the most unprofessional sales people. My gf and I asked to view a property and they set up a viewing not only with us but 4 other groups. They should have told us that it was going to be a bidding war for the place! I was shocked and so was everyone there. It's just rude to show it that way without letting your customers know what they are walking into! The lady was rude about it...didn't even acknowledge us or introduced herself to us. It felt like she was doing all of us a favor for showing up.....bad bad bad experience! That just shows me that is how life would be renting from them! more

This is the worst property management company I have ever worked with (1) they have not kept any promises made to us prior to renting (2) they heve entered our property 3 times with out proper approval or notice. (3) they make appointments to view property or make repairs and don't show up! more

The first time you call and receive a number that appears to be a different number than yesterday, run. That was the beginning of our ongoing two and a half year nightmare, complete with sudden payment changes, actual threats, and basic lack of decency. At this point, we're sitting, paying rent, and collecting every communication for eventual litigation. Don't be fooled by the initial appearance of the home. The greatest trick the devil ever pulled was convincing the world he didn't exist. more

This company is unethical, rude, incompetent, and dishonest. They will keep your security deposit for silly charges. Rent somewhere else or you will be devastatingly sorry!! more

This is the worst rental company in history! They did next to nothing for my family when we rented from them. When we moved out they charged us for all sorts of things that were not broken or dirty. They are a bunch of thieves with a turn around rate that makes it next to impossible to keep anything straight. DO NOT RENT FROM THESE PEOPLE UNLESS YOU WANT TO THROW YOUR MONEY AWAY!!!!! more

I have been renting a house from Performance Properties for almost 3 years and It has been nothing but a bad experience from the start. They double booked walk thru's and left us to do the walk thru ourselves. They told us to e mail a copy to them of any issues we saw which we did. All they did was e mail us back saying ""we noted these issues in your file"" they didn't fix most of the things.. Our oven didn't work, there were broken tiles and missing knobs in the kitchen, the shower door wouldn't latch, the jetted tub didn't (and still doesn't) work which was one of the reasons we moved here because I have a bad back.. they didn't leave the garage door opener and the garage was full off trash, etc. Like other reviews have said when I have sent maintenance requests they ignore them and then act like they never got them. On top of that they when they actually do repairs they claim to have to clear everything the the property owner so it takes forever (I didn't sign a contract with them I did with performance properties!).. they also have shown up with less notice than the law requires many times, and inconvenience me regularly by expecting me to drop everything to meet the maintenance people and plan my day around them, instead of the other way around. Now they conveniently only except maintenance request through a link on their website which leaves the tenant with no proof that they sent the request, or confirmation that they received it. Our ancient oil furnace blew up twice before we got them to replace it. We got headaches and bloody noses (including my 9 year old daughter) from breathing soot. It also ruined a lot of our stuff including irreplaceable paintings from my husbands mother. We were without heat for two weeks while they FINALLY had the furnace replaced and they gave a few space heaters as ""a sufficient source of heat"". I asked that they reimburse us for the inconvenience and they refused. The carpets and walls, etc. are now destroyed and it will be pointless to clean when we move (hopefully asap) good thing I took lots of pictures and saved all the e mails as proof. I wouldn't put it past them to try and screw us out of our deposit. A few months ago our washer went out on the spin cycle.. It's a 20 year old washer and this model is KNOWN to have this problem but they charged us $65 saying we overloaded the washer.. Almost 3 years and we randomly decide to overfill the washer.. get real. These are just a few of the issues we've had I could go on and on.. save yourself the headache, stress, and wasted time and don't rent from these people or have these people manage your property. more

I just want to thank you for being such a wonderful person to work with. You really couldn't have made this process any better for us with renting our home out. I appreciate you taking the time to ask how were doing with the move and remembering the names of my kiddos. It really means a lot to us to work with such personable and professional people.
