Horrible Service, Poor Management 1/3/2012

Almost four years of horror. Constant "lost" maintenance requests, rude, condescending employees, "refundable" fees/deposits really are not, when repairs were made they were sub-standard... On and on. I will never rent from this company again. SO happy I am done with them! more

Additionally they have successfully kept my property leased for nearly 100% of the time that I have been assigned overseas. Awful management company that screwed us out of our security deposit and were consistently rude and unresponsive to serious issues with the property. Never use them. more

Awful Experience 6/8/2011

Absolutely awful management company. Totally screwed us on the security deposit after being good tenants. Very unresponsive in reacting to problems and fixing serious issues with the house and rude on the phone. I would never, ever use them again. I really wish I had read even one review of Performance Properties before I decided to go with them. I'll never make that mistake again. more
