Outside of Saturn, which is now defunct, going into a dealership is stressful. It's much the same here... expect the usual tricks: they'll try to put you into any car they can, make sure that it is over your budget and they'll make you spend a lot of time on the couch waiting for them to get more information. However, they do have a good vehicle selection, their cars have been thoroughly checked out by their reputable service department, and they've got a great sales guy named Harvey. He heard what I was telling him and then searched for the right vehicle for me and then called me immediately when it became available. Just be prepared... car buying from a dealership requires that you set limits for yourself and let them know the limits. Don't limit yourself to one vehicle or one dealer or you will quickly find yourself paying too much for a car that you really don't want. I would like to report that I got a car I love at a price that was fair. They even threw in 6 free synthetic oil-change serving's. My advice is that if you are shopping for a new/used car, make sure that Performance is one of your options.
