This place is a selling office. They told me I needed all this ridiculous dental work which low and behold I got 2 second opinions and didn’t need any of it. I know a lot use it because it’s part of the very limited amount of providers who cover Medicaid but don’t mess with ur teeth u can get super cheap dental insurance and they get paid out a lot when they tell u u need 4 root canals like myself and u need none. Don’t even go there save yourself and find a good dentist more

Avoid these unprofessional people! My boyfriend referred me when I had fallen and cracked a tooth. I was told that I needed a “Full Set” of x-rays so they could properly diagnose the problem. I told them I just had a full set at my dentist less than a month ago, and to just call them. They only called one of the locations, told me they were closed, and I needed a full set. I asked if they could just do the one tooth. NO NO WE CAN NOT. Wellll I told them I was not comfortable. I just paid $200 a month ago, so I would just wait for my dentist. Oh- wait. We can just do the one tooth You don’t have to go! Now they can do one tooth? I was very uncomfortable, told them so, and left. They called my boyfriend, told him everything, and told him that I was angry, that I smelled like alcohol!! This is a total HIPAA violation! The alcohol was mouthwash! Thank God that woman never went near my mouth! more

They are scam artists who do absolutley horrible work. more

Absolute worst experience in any kind of medical/dental office in my entire life. Only went because my dentists offices lease was up and they merged with this office. I had a dental emergency and couldn't wait for my dentist so I took whoever could see me within the week. Got to the office at 4:30 waited in waiting room until 5:15. Was brought in the back and placed in a room for X-rays. The exam rooms have no doors and two doors down a child was screaming bloody murder which you could tell was annoying the staff and upsetting the patients. Waited in this room for 40 minutes before being moved to another room while they x-rayed another patient. This room had multiple dead flies on the floor, boxes of supplies all over the floor, a tray of dental impressions laid out on the counter and miscellaneous debris strewn across the counters. Staff bickered and complained loudly in the hallway outside of all the exam rooms where every patient could hear them. I waited another hour before being moved to a third room. The dentist, having never met me cussed up and down, complained about how late it was, stated he never gets out on time and seemed frankly a little put out that I was inconveniencing him by being there. The work took about ten minutes total but halfway through the root canal he left a file in my tooth to take a phone call. The hygienist took and X-ray with the file still in there as well. They only realized it was still in there when they realized I couldn't answer their question because I couldn't close my mouth. Then the doc and hygienist start bad mouthing one of my actual dentists knowing I was from the other office, calling Dr. Fred "Captain Kangaroo". Was given nothing for pain and no after care instructions. Told receptionist I would have to call another time to schedule second part of the procedure. RIGHT. I will NEVER step foot into this dirty, unprofessional mockery of a dental office ever again. more

I was told my visit would be $100. I was brought in by telling me my son's insurance was accepted there-which it wasn't. After the visit took 2 hours longer than I was told it would be, they charged me $200 more than the agreed upon price. I was told I'd be done in an hour, and with their new dentist, it took 3. I didn't mind that but had to get home to pick up my son. When they charged me the $200 extra, I was in a total rush and complete panic about getting home in time and wanted to discuss it the next day. After MANY phone calls and the person (Valerie) refusing to call me back or get on the phone, they basically said too bad. I was brought there under false pretenses, and over charged. What a scam. DO NOT GO HERE!!! more
