Avoid these unprofessional people! My boyfriend referred me when I had fallen and cracked a tooth. I was told that I needed a “Full Set” of x-rays so they could properly diagnose the problem. I told them I just had a full set at my dentist less than a month ago, and to just call them. They only called one of the locations, told me they were closed, and I needed a full set. I asked if they could just do the one tooth. NO NO WE CAN NOT.
Wellll I told them I was not comfortable. I just paid $200 a month ago, so I would just wait for my dentist. Oh- wait. We can just do the one tooth You don’t have to go!
Now they can do one tooth? I was very uncomfortable, told them so, and left. They called my boyfriend, told him everything, and told him that I was angry, that I smelled like alcohol!! This is a total HIPAA violation! The alcohol was mouthwash!
Thank God that woman never went near my mouth!
