Rated as a 4 because they price off of a "book" not necessarily by looking at the job specifics. However the plumber who did the work, Justin P., did negotiate a price reduction and his work was excellent. If this review was based on his performance and willingness to work on price I'd have rated the service a five star. more

Since day one, when Perfect Home Services installed a new HVAC system in our house, I've never had a bad experience with this company. This particular visit was for annual preventative maintenance on the A/C unit. Joe W. did a great job of explaining what he inspected, the state of the system and what services he performed. He was quite good at providing explanations that weren't overlying technical and including more detail in areas where he realized I had knowledge. This is the type of service I've come to expect from Perfect Home Services. I only wish more companies operated like PHS and had employees like Joe. more

VIP Furnace inspection 2/14/2017

Daryl serviced my furnace this morning. He arrived on time. Daryl was very pleasent and respected my home.Daryl was very perfessional and explained what he found in his check of the furnace. He answered all my questions. I have been a customer for over four years and find your business and employees to be very professional. Daryl is a asset to your company. more

Perfect Home Services Tech - Jason J. 11/9/2016

Jason came out today to perform my annual furnace clean and check. He was very courteous and in addition to performing the service he took the time to go over the other services/products that his company had. He seemed very knowledgeable about all of the products, listened to a few of my concerns, and pointed out some options to help alleviate issues we have with allergies from time to time. Nice guy all around. I will be requesting Jason from now on whenever I need Perfect Home Services to come out in the future. more

Sergio checked my attic furnace-air conditioner yesterday. He is concerned about the old furnace left in the attic and is trying to find a solution to removing it. Anthony was very professional from the minute he knocked on the door. Anthony took the time to explain what he needed to do and answered any questions. Air Conditioner Service 5/17/2016

Jim came out to do the annual inspection and service on the central air conditioners (we have separate units for each floor). He quickly found and corrected a switch problem that was causing a buzzing noise. He knew exactly what was wrong and what to do and replaced the switch in no time at all. I was impressed with his knowledge and expertise and would recommend him and this company to anyone. more

HVAC review 2/6/2015

I like Perfect Home Services - they are reliable. Eric B was on time, informed, courteous. He gave me options as to the urgency of certain repairs versus others, so that I can have a clear go-forward plan for my furnace. He was also flexible during the paperwork phase, while I explored my options, and evaluated the VIP service (which I generally like with Perfect Home Services). Nice job. more
