Eric was very professional and understanding, He helped take care of a task that the tech before him did not complete. Eric also showed me how to work the humidifier, which was the reason I called in for. more

Joe called prior to coming to the house to confirm a time for the service. He explained the company procedures and asked pertinent questions in order to diagnose the plumbing problem. He completed the service in a timely manner and was extremely respectful of our home. Thanks so much for the great job Joe! more

Karl the plumber 10/17/2014

Karl was very pleasant and efficient. I was extremely agitated with my clogged sink and just wanted it fixed asap. He did that and quickly. I hope I don't need him to come back w/in the 90 day warranty period, but if I needed plumbing services again, I would call Perfect Home Services and ask for Karl! more
