Since day one, when Perfect Home Services installed a new HVAC system in our house, I've never had a bad experience with this company. This particular visit was for annual preventative maintenance on the A/C unit. Joe W. did a great job of explaining what he inspected, the state of the system and what services he performed. He was quite good at providing explanations that weren't overlying technical and including more detail in areas where he realized I had knowledge. This is the type of service I've come to expect from Perfect Home Services. I only wish more companies operated like PHS and had employees like Joe.
