Beware!! 3/20/2012

I posted an advertisement on Craigslist to sell my Tahoe. Shortly thereafter I received a call from Quality Auto stating that they could sell my Tahoe for $500 more than I was asking within a few days. I took the vehicle over to their lot and left it with them. After several weeks and as many calls they did not sell my vehicle as they led me on to believe that they would. It was simply a means to get a marketable vehicle on their lot for free. After being fed up with their deceiving promises I went to pick up my Tahoe. Upon doing so I noticed that my custom molded floor mats were missing from the front and the back. They promised to replace them, but after several months and numerous calls they chose to ignore me. I still have not received any compensation or replacement. I would not step foot on that lot again, unless it was with a subpoena. more

Beware of Quality Auto at 926 CO. Hwy 10, Spring Lake Park M 12/20/2011

December 10 ? My boyfriend and I stopped in to take a look at the cars Quality Auto had available. We took the 2000 Yukon XL for a test drive. The interior was rough, the display panel did not illuminate so you could not see how fast you were going, the volume of fluids nor the odometer worked. When we asked how many miles were on the car they provided us a paper that stated it had 139,000 miles. We sat down with Terry Nord to discuss terms of our purchase of the vehicle. He said he would allow us to put $500 dollars down and could decide whether to purchase on Monday, Dec 14. He confirmed that should we decide to purchase the vehicle we could take it until he waited for the check to clear on or before January 6th. My boyfriend and I left Quality Auto and went home to continue our discussion around this car. Though this car had a rough interior and some minor issues with the dash there were no alarming issues that my boyfriend himself could not fix. more

had a great experience with Quality Auto, I had little money and they got me a low mileage car that runs like a champ. I can't agree or disagree with the other reviews but my expeience was wonderful. they are even looking to put me into another car that I am interested in. more

Quality auto sales 1/14/2011

I had a great experience dealing with all the nice sales man. They helped me get into a nice low miles car for every cheap. I didnt have a good job and wasnt getting paid every much. But quality auto helped me get financed and got me in a car that day. Everyone on this review are wrong i never had an experience like that. I bought my first car from quality and my family had been previous buyers for many years. This is a great dealership and and they are very nice people who are willing to help anyone get into a car. Bought a truck in 2008 and have had very good luck with it. Purchased warranty also. Would recommend to anyone. They worked to get the vehicle I wanted for a good price and let me test drive it and have it inspected if I wanted. more

I love my 2002 cougar i bought from Quality auto! No issues no hassles!! I think that you guys honestly have nothing better to do than bash this company. I have gotten 1 car from them and 1 truck. I was in an accident with my truck and I needed a car asap. Terry was willing to do anything and everything for me to get me in a car. I found a car on their lot that I have wanted for many years and he got me into it. The reason they make you do the credit app first is so you dont pick out a car and get your hopes and and not be able to afford it. If you go to any other dealership its the same thing. It sounds like you do not know how the buying process works. If you look at the prices here they are under the blue book value because they want you to be able to get the car that you want and that you can afford weather you have good credit bad credit or no credit. I bought my blazer 7 months ago and have had my cougar for about 2 months and I had no problems with either of them. All cars will eventually have issues ... i am not sure what the issue is i have bad credit and they've helped me alot , if you ask to test drive you can if you want to take it to a mechanic you can. i have had both of my vehicles inspected by a mechanic one did'nt check out and i did'nt buy it. it might be personal responsiblity though, there very helpful and i will go back again, my interest has dropped because of on time payments more

Great people, easy financing 12/21/2010

Every car has maintenance problems, especially if you chose to purchase one with over 100000 miles on it. I've purchase two cars from them, a 02 Sable with 50k miles and an 08 Dodge Avenger with 30k miles. Both cars stayed in wonderful condition, minus a tire change or two. The people here are very friendly, and will get you into a vehicle.. I will always recommend this place. more

I purchased a car from this dealership and had no problems what-so-ever. I found this website because I am recommending it to my friend and I am shocked at what some of your are writing. Especially those who say that they hate it and then went on to buy a second or third car there... if it is so awful, why are you going back? Clearly you had a good enough experience to shop there again. I think the employees are very nice and treat people like any other dealership I've been to. And as far as the warranty comments, you have to sign a paper stating you are purchasing the car """"as is"""" or purchasing an additional warranty for an additional cost. Not sure why you are all so confused about that. Again - I liked it. I recommend them. The rest of you need to get over your negative attitudes. And before that girl rants and raves that I must be one of the people who work there - I'm not. So don't even start with that, please. more
