I posted an advertisement on Craigslist to sell my Tahoe. Shortly thereafter I received a call from Quality Auto stating that they could sell my Tahoe for $500 more than I was asking within a few days. I took the vehicle over to their lot and left it with them. After several weeks and as many calls they did not sell my vehicle as they led me on to believe that they would. It was simply a means to get a marketable vehicle on their lot for free. After being fed up with their deceiving promises I went to pick up my Tahoe. Upon doing so I noticed that my custom molded floor mats were missing from the front and the back. They promised to replace them, but after several months and numerous calls they chose to ignore me. I still have not received any compensation or replacement. I would not step foot on that lot again, unless it was with a subpoena.
